Shipping Your Legacy

At Rich History, we don't just pull a shirt off a shelf. To ensure the highest quality and reduce environmental waste, every piece in our archive is made to order specifically for you. When you place an order, you are commissioning a piece of history.

🏛️ Fulfillment: The Crafting Process

Before your order ships, it must be printed and inspected.

  • Standard Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or holiday rushes, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we craft your legacy.

🚚 Shipping Times & Estimates

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves the facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • USA: 3–6 business days via standard shipping.

  • Canada: 6–12 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by country).

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Total delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping.

📦 Separate Shipments

Because we utilize a global network of fulfillment centers to get your order to you faster, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped from different locations. Do not be alarmed if one part of your "Icon Series" arrives before the others—the rest of your history is on the way.

📍 Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

🌐 Customs & International Duties

For our international historians: please note that your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. Rich History is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Because our systems are automated to begin fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if the tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at Sales@OBRapparel.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and ensure your legacy is made right.
